Tel call/online consultancy £250
1hr to explore and assist in your personal property situation and for you to ask questions. Prior to the call plans/drawings, your ideas and questions can be reviewed so this hour is effective and efficient
Option 02
On site/In person consultancy from £750
On site/in person consultancy (usually upto 4hrs though not limited to) tailored to your property and needs. Prior to this visit your plans/drawings, ideas will be reviewed to maximise the efficiency and effectiveness of the consultancy
Follow-up support via email or whatsapp for any questions or clarification after the visit within reason

Maximise your property
For a few select properties and owners I offer the opportunity at my cost to increase the value of your asset prior to selling so you can maximise your profit and make thousands of £££’s more. How much does it cost?
Costs vary depending on the service you require and in part the distance of travel. See above for a guide and please reach out to obtain a quote based on your requirements.
Can you help with renovation projects?
Absolutely! This is a very popular area of assistance where I offer guidance on all aspects of home renovation, from planning to contractor/trade selection, pre project professionals/permissions etc and project management. In specific instances my personal involvement (see option 3 above)
What areas do you cover?
For my consultancy service I can cover the whole of the uk.
For either consultation what information do I need to supply?
Only ever what you want to. For a project your planning – Plans/drawings are often useful along with any ideas you have already, although these are not necessary for an effective experience.
