Testimonials

"We used Anthony for a full building survey and we’re so glad we did. The whole service was brilliant from start to finish – the survey was really thorough and the report was easy to follow, with everything explained clearly. It gave us the confidence and information we needed to go ahead with buying our house. Super professional, but also approachable and easy to talk to. I’d happily recommend him to anyone needing a survey"

— Paul

"I hired Anthony to complete a full property survey. From our initial consultation, I was offered a range of options which were fantastic. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in providing an excellent service and discussing the different options of surveying reports that he offers. Anthony then completed a very detailed survey of the property, and wrote an extremely in-depth report which was sent very quickly. He is extremely efficient and professional. I would most definitely use his services again and have recommended him to friends and family."

— Leor

"Excellent service. Anthony is thorough, conscientious and informative. It is evident that its more than just a check box exercise for him. He really wanted us to have the best information to make an informed decision and be fully prepared for what to expect. He clearly advised on what service was best value for us. His findings helped us to successfully negotiate a lower offer on our house and plan our renovations."

— Jon

"Anthony was a great help with our snagging list when we moved into our new home. His attention to detail and warm, friendly nature made him a pleasure to deal with."

— Dan & Angela

"I’d highly recommend Anthony for anyone needing a survey. He carried out a Level 2 survey on the property I’m purchasing, and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. He worked hard to find a suitable time with the agent and vendor, which made the process smooth and stress-free. His communication was top notch throughout, with real clarity at every stage. The agent even commented on how professional he was, and said he was “really nice.” The report itself is exceptionally detailed. He picked up on small things that, in my previous experience, simply wouldn’t have been identified. It’s also very well explained, and he offered a phone call afterwards to talk through the findings, which I really appreciated. Anthony came recommended to me by a friend, and I’d happily pass that recommendation on. If I’m ever looking for a survey again, I know exactly where to go."
